Roman Osypenko

Roman Osypenko is currently the Head of Corporate Finance at UST in Ukraine, where they manage the company’s finances and oversee various financial operations, including due diligence and integration processes. Previously, Roman served as Chief Financial Officer at ITernal Group, contributing to the merger of three outsourcing companies and the acquisition of ITernal Group by UST. They also held positions as a Senior Financial Analyst at InSoft.Partners, and a Financial Analyst at UDP, where they focused on budgeting and management accounting systems. Roman began their career as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Promo.ua. They hold a Master's degree in Public Finance from the State University of Trade and Economics and are currently enrolled in a CEO development program at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
