Sarath Raj is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in workforce management and talent development. Currently serving as an HR Business Success Enabler at UST Global since February 2016, Sarath focuses on implementing workforce initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Business Consultant at EY and HR Manager at Tata Teleservices Ltd and Tata Communications. Sarath began the career at UST Global as an Assistant Manager HR.
