Shruti Syed has extensive experience in training and consulting across various organizations. At McAfee, Shruti worked as a Communication and Behaviour Coach, developing programs to enhance the skills of technical support engineers. Following a freelance position as a Training Consultant, Shruti joined Mockingbird Education as a Project Coordinator, facilitating a transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. Subsequently, Shruti contributed as a Consultant at Slalom and is currently serving as an Organizational Change Manager focused on client success at UST. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Foundation Level Trainer at 24/7, where Shruti trained new trainers and conducted orientations for new hires. Shruti holds a Master's degree in English Literature from Bangalore University.
