Subha Vimalam has extensive experience in operations and project management, with a significant tenure at UST Global from February 2013 to March 2014 and an ongoing role at UST from June 2020 to January 2024. Previously, diverse roles included Operations Analyst, Management Services, Associate-PMO, Senior Research Analyst-PMO and Operations, Senior Quality Control Analyst, PMO Analyst, and Lead of Sourcing Program Management. Responsibilities included overseeing compliance and information security processes, project management, training coordination, resource management, and risk assessment across various projects. As Lead/Functional Analyst and Product Owner for Talent Systems, Subha implemented recruitment workflows in multiple countries and executed numerous enhancements to talent platforms, contributing to operational efficiencies and revenue savings. Subha holds an MBA in HR & Systems from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and a B. Tech in Information Technology from the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology.
