Tara Knapp

Tara Knapp is a seasoned professional in organizational change management and communication, currently serving as the Global OCM Leader at UST since 2022. Prior to this role, Tara held several positions at Lincoln Financial Group, including AVP of Change Management & Communication and served as a Communication & Change Management Lead through a consultancy with Luma Services. Tara also contributed significantly to ACI Worldwide as an Information Development Manager, where leadership of a team of 12 Information Developers fostered user-centered approaches to product support. Earlier professional experiences include various roles at Creighton University. Tara holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Creighton University, a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and History from Hastings College, and a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
