Vinesh Babu

Vinesh Babu serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at UST since March 2021, contributing to digital transformation solutions for prominent global companies. Prior to UST, Vinesh held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cognizant from June 2014 to March 2021, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management, with expertise in utilizing social media recruitment tools. Vinesh began the career as a Technical Recruiter at IT Trailblazers LLC from December 2012 to June 2014, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both contract and full-time positions. Vinesh holds an MBA in HR with Marketing from Gojan School Of Business and Technology and a U.G. degree in Computer Science from Sri Devi College of Arts & Science.
