Vipin M J is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in global corporate taxation, transfer pricing, and tax litigation. Currently serving as Group Manager - Global Tax at UST Global since December 2017, Vipin oversees various aspects of global corporate taxation, including mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, and start-up modeling. Previously, Vipin held the position of Lead - Global Tax at IBS for three years, focusing on VAT and tax litigation. Earlier experience includes a managerial role in finance at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., concentrating on financial reporting and corporate budgeting. Vipin holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Master of Commerce in Taxation from the University of Kerala, an MBA in Financial Management from NIBM Institute, and a specialization in International Tax Law from Leiden University, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce in Taxation from the University of Kerala.
