Alexander Rapatz

Alexander Rapatz is the Founding and Managing Partner of Black Manta Capital Partners, where they lead initiatives in tokenization as a service. Previously, they served as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Partner at Venionaire Capital, facilitating critical transactions for startups and SMEs. They currently hold positions as a Board Member of the World Venture Forum and as a member of the Board at the European Super Angels Club, among other advisory roles. Alexander has also contributed to the European Commission as an Independent Advisor, focusing on research and innovation programs. Their educational background includes a recent experience at Columbia University in New York.
