Thomas began their career as an Account Executive at Motor Wheel and later became an Engineering Manager at Motor Wheel de Mexico, SA de CV.

Thomas Bronz earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Aided Manufacturing from Michigan Technological University from 1984 to 1989. Thomas later attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they received their Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from 2003 to 2005.
