Thomas Bronz

Thomas Bronz has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Thomas currently serves as the President and CEO of US Tarp since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Sales at SAF-HOLLAND Inc. from January 2016 to June 2019. In 2015, they briefly served as the President and CEO of Hadley.

From 2010 to 2014, Thomas served as the President of Tramec Sloan, LLC, where they successfully led the business through operational realignment, divestiture, consolidation, and growth. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of New Product Development and Engineering at Pettibone, LLC, where they launched new products and improved the engineering process.

Thomas also has experience at Brunswick as the Director of Product Development and Manufacturing Engineering, where they implemented a High Performance Product Development process across multiple brands. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager of the Suspension Controls business unit at Haldex, where they achieved revenue growth through new product development. Thomas began their career as an Account Executive at Motor Wheel and later became an Engineering Manager at Motor Wheel de Mexico, SA de CV.

Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated strong leadership skills, driving growth and success in various organizations.

Thomas Bronz earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Aided Manufacturing from Michigan Technological University from 1984 to 1989. Thomas later attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they received their Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from 2003 to 2005.
