Josh Bercu has held various roles in the field of telecommunications and policy, starting their career as a legal intern with the Dallas Cowboys. Josh later worked as a law clerk at the Law Office of Michael D. Berg. Bercu further gained experience as an intern at the Federal Communications Commission and as a research assistant at the Institute for Public Representation. Josh also served as an intern at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP before becoming a Post-JD Fellow at the U.S. House of Representatives. Bercu then joined Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP, where Josh eventually became a partner. Currently, Josh holds the position of Vice President, Policy & Advocacy at USTelecom | The Broadband Association and also serves as the Executive Director at Industry Traceback Group.
