Molly Beck serves as the Head of Marketing at uStudio since September 2025, following the acquisition of WorkPerfectly, a company founded by Molly in May 2018 and led as CEO until its acquisition. WorkPerfectly specialized in empowering companies to create and manage podcasts using award-winning software, garnering multiple accolades including the Grand Prize at Glendale Tech Week and recognition in several pitch competitions. Prior to this, Molly held influential roles such as Team Lead for Special Projects at Forbes, where Molly launched Podcasts@Forbes, and Head of Brand Marketing at Venmo, where Molly was the first marketing hire. Molly's career also includes significant contributions to Hearst and Book of the Month, alongside authoring the book "REACH OUT," which achieved #1 status in its Amazon category. Molly holds a Master of Science in International Marketing Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a dual concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University.
