Tim Jensen has worked in various roles since 1993. In 1993, they were a Programmer for Pima Community College, where they developed and maintained Turbo Pascal based computerized testing software for course exams and administered college assessment tests and course exams. In 1995, they were a Programmer for Henkel where they debugged, optimized, and ported chemical modeling software package to Visual Basic, as well as provided IT support to staff and installed hardware and software. In 1996, they were a System Administrator for the University of Arizona, where they administered College of Engineering and Mines Digital Unix and Ultrix computers and assisted students, faculty and stuff with their Unix accounts. Tim also created additions to the college network, including Ethernet wiring and hub and switch installation. In 1998 and 1999, they were a Co-op Engineer for AMD. From 2000 to 2016, they worked for AMD in various roles, including SMTS Firmware Engineer, MTS Firmware Engineer, Senior System Software Engineer, System Software Engineer 2, and System Software Engineer 1. Since 2016, they have been a Senior Developer for uStudio.

Tim Jensen attended the University of Arizona from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
