Rob Blackwood, MBA, is a seasoned technical consultant with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Consultant II and FedRAMP Lead at USU Solutions International since April 2025, Rob previously held the position of Senior Technical Consultant at USU Solutions from 2015 to 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Technical Consultant at Aspera in April 2015 and military service as Data Systems 2nd Class in the US Navy from April 1988 to January 1994. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Maryland University College, attained between 1998 and 2002, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of California, Davis, expected to be completed in 2024.
