Andy Weissman

Andy Weissman is a partner at Union Square Ventures, a New York City-based venture capital firm. Andy focuses on investments in the digital media, e-commerce, and software sectors.

Weissman has over 15 years of experience as a venture capitalist. Prior to joining Union Square Ventures in 2005, they were a managing director at Soundview Ventures/Dawntreader Ventures, a software and technology-focused venture capital fund. Andy has also served on the boards of directors of several companies, including Dailymotion, Etsy, and Gilt Groupe.

Andy Weissman has a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University.
