USY is the youth movement of Conservative Judaism, a leader in experiential Jewish education, teen engagement, and leadership development for seventy years. We are constantly looking for talented and motivated professionals to serve as teen engagement professionals, as well as full-time positions in fundraising, operations, marketing, and logistics.

USY remains the greatest proving ground for leadership in the Jewish World; we empower Jewish teens through creating exceptional Jewish experiences, and these alumni go on to lead communities in all corners of Jewish life. We count among our alumni Eric Fingerhut, Meredith Jacobs, Mark Borovitz, John Ruskay, Shulamith Elster, Michael Oren, Daniel Lehmann, Elka Abrahamson, Rela Mintz Geffen, Danny Siegel, Sid Schwarz, Elie Kaunfer, Tobin Belzer, Moshe Shur, Jay Kaiman, Jeremy Fingerman, Judith Rosenbaum, Jill Jacobs, Jodi Rudoren, Ron Wolfson, Bari Weiss, Peter Geffen, and Michael Levin.

Employees of USCJ are employed by the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ), USY's parent organization.
