Céline Vallaunde is an experienced automotive expert currently serving as the OTC & UTAC Expertise Director and President of the Euro NCAP Board of Directors. From 2016 to 2023, they held the position of Group Expertise Director at UTAC, overseeing technical expertise in automotive testing, regulation, and type approval for environmental and safety matters.
