Christopher Collard

Christopher Collard is the Research Director at the Utah Foundation, where they previously held positions as Senior Analyst and Research Analyst. They have authored numerous reports and briefs on political issues, receiving multiple national research awards. Christopher also has experience as an Associate Instructor in Public Policy at the University of Utah and as a Student Advisor at the Global Management Center, where they contributed to significant increases in study abroad participation. They hold a Master of Public Policy from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
