Program Development Team

The Program Development Team at UTEC is responsible for designing and implementing innovative programs that empower young adults through workforce development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and transitional coaching. They collaborate on policy development and social enterprise strategies while fostering relationships with donors and community partners to enhance the organization’s impact locally and nationally. Their work ensures that UTEC remains at the forefront of addressing the needs of underserved populations through effective training and support.
