Paul Leach has worked in the technology industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Technical Specialist at O2 UK, where they provided pre and post-sales support and assisted customers and internal staff with mobile technology advice, training, and ensuring that standards were in-line with the company's KPI targets for sales and customer service. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at HARMAN International as a Project Engineer and Technical Sales Engineer and Technical Trainer. In this role, they were responsible for design and delivery of advanced control system programming and had pre and post-sales responsibilities. Since 2017, they have been employed at Visavvi as a Systems Supervisor, where they managed a team of control system programmers and drove and created control system standards and designs. Since 2019, they have been working at Utelogy Corporation as a Lead Integration Developer and Technical Operations Manager EMEA, where they shape the technical strategy for the region and the company, works with other regions to create unified global delivery of technical strategy, and engages with potential and current clients in a pre-sales and post-sales capacity.

Paul Leach has an extensive educational background. Paul received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music Technology from York St. John University between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Musical Instrument Technology from Leeds College of Music between 2002 and 2004. In addition, Paul Leach has obtained several certifications, including Extron EAP Certification from Extron Electronics in October 2018, CTI-P201 from Crestron Electronics in July 2018, CTI-P101 from Crestron Electronics in April 2018, ECS Health and Safety Cardholder from The Joint Industry Board for the Electrical Contracting Industry in March 2018, AMX ACE Designer, AMX ACE Installer, AMX ACE Programmer, Extron Control Professional, and Networked AV Professional | Commissioning from AMX by HARMAN.
