Rob Sherman

Rob Sherman has a wealth of experience in the technical field. Rob began their career in 1998 as an Electrician for Feld Entertainment. Rob then moved to Troika Entertainment in 2000, where they were Head of Lighting. From 2004 to 2007, Sherman worked for Cirque du Soleil in the same role. During this time, they also held the position of Head of Lighting for Stage Entertainment in 2007. In 2011, Sherman was Head of Lighting for Pyramid Staging & Events. From 2008 to 2017, they were the sole owner/operator of Sherman Consulting, with recent projects including Associate lighting design and production Harley Davidson 105th Anniversary Discovery tent, Lighting design for Costco Vendor meeting, Lighting design for KISW Pain in the grass concert, Lighting design for Magician Hans Klok (TV special World Magic awards), Lighting, Audio, Video design for Star Trek Exhibitions US, and Computer system and network design for Everett Landscape. From 2017 to 2018, they were Technical Operations Director for Imagine Exhibitions. Most recently, Sherman has been working for Continuant since 2018 in roles such as Product Design Engineer and Design Engineer. Rob is currently Senior Technical Manager at Utelogy Corporation.

Rob Sherman obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theater from Central Washington University between 1994 and 1998. Rob has also obtained several certifications, including Network+ from CompTIA in 2015, A+ from CompTIA in 2010, and AMX Certified Expert from AMX in 2008.
