Frederik Maes

Frederik Maes is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Utexbel since June 2023, Frederik previously held the position of Plant Manager at Belysse from September 2019 to June 2023. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Libeco from November 2011 to September 2019 and various production management positions at Balta Group, including Production Manager for cabling heatset in Tielt and in Balta Turkey from April 2003 to November 2011. Frederik also worked as a Production Manager at Libeco from August 1999 to April 2003. Educational qualifications include studies at HOGENT from 1996 to 1999.
