Joice Motezuki has a background in materials engineering and packaging development, with experience at Bemis Company, Inc. from 2010 to 2012 as a Packaging Specialist responsible for developing new structures for flexible packaging, formulating polymer films through coextrusion, selecting raw materials to enhance properties in polymer films, and holding patents in flexible packaging innovation. Since January 2013, Joice has been a Professor at UTFPR. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from UFSCar and a Técnico degree in Business Administration and Management from ETE Lauro Gomes.
