Tiago Cousseau

Tiago Cousseau is a tribology researcher and mechanical engineer with a specialization in mechanical design and statistics. They hold an M.S. and a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering, focusing on friction and wear dynamics, and possess over 13 years of research experience. This includes designing test rigs and conducting data analysis for projects aimed at enhancing the performance and durability of machine components. Tiago has managed six industry projects, secured two government research funds, and contributed to 65 internationally collaborative publications. Currently, they are coordinating a research laboratory while also serving as a professor at UTFPR and a consulting engineer at TUNRA Bulk Solids.
