Noam Keysar

Noam Keysar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of HR at Utila since November 2025, Noam previously held the role of Director of HR for Israel at Claroty from March 2019 to November 2025, where responsibilities included aligning people strategies with business goals and enhancing employee experiences. Prior roles at Claroty included Senior HR Business Partner and Global HR and Talent Acquisition Partner. Noam began the professional journey as an HR Recruiter at SQLink Group and also worked as a Sales Manager at Ankori. Educationally, Noam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies, attained between 2013 and 2016.
