Brian Holmes

Brian Holmes is currently the President of Holmes Advisory Services, providing consulting services in the energy industry. With previous experience at Utilicast as the Director for Western Market Practice and at Structure/Accenture as the Market Solutions Group SME and Co-Lead, Brian has expertise in wholesale electricity market design and implementation. Prior to that, Brian worked at MRW & Associates as an Associate specializing in California electricity and natural gas regulatory policy. Brian holds a Master's degree in Agricultural & Resource Economics from the University of California, Davis.
