Peter Medler

Peter Medler is a seasoned consultant with extensive expertise in NERC compliance, market intelligence, and energy sector analysis. Currently serving as a consultant at Utilicast since May 2016, Peter focuses on NERC compliance and gap analysis, CIP transition, and performance metrics through Tableau visualization. Concurrently, Peter contributes to Compliance Current by providing insights on NERC standards and fostering a culture of compliance. As a co-owner of IEB Real Estate since 2011, Peter specializes in the single tenant net lease market. Previous consulting roles at Customized Energy Solutions and ZGlobal Inc. involved regulatory policy, NERC compliance oversight, and performance tracking. Peter’s tenure at California ISO included critical areas such as credit management, finance, and internal audit. Peter holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Lawrence University.
