Terry Rhoades

Terry Rhoades is an experienced consultant currently at Utilicast and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the PSE PSK Alumni Scholarship Foundation. Previously, Terry held the position of Vice President of Product Technical Support at Choreograph, where notable achievements included expanding product support, centralizing support systems, and improving customer experience through strategic initiatives. Terry's extensive career at Southwest Power Pool encompassed various roles, including Manager of the Project Management Office, where significant cost-saving practices were developed, and Supervisor positions that focused on engineering program administration and business analysis. Terry's educational credentials include an MBA from Webster University, a B.S. in Physical Sciences from the University of Central Arkansas, and a Project Management certificate from The George Washington University School of Business.
