Matthew Stayner founded UtiliSync in January 2014 where their passion for GIS, Public Works, and computer programming come together. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Project Engineer at Bowen, Collins and Associates from September 2005 to December 2015, and at Psomas from March 2004 to September 2005. Matthew holds a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah, earned in 2005, and a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field from the University of Utah, obtained in 2003.
