We’re a multi-utility infrastructure service provider based in Northampton.

Historically known as a Self Lay Provider delivering water network connections for housebuilders across the midlands and south, we’re now part of BGS Group so can offer our customers a full multi-utility service package.

Our shared vision is to be the multi-utility infrastructure provider of choice: The first people you turn to when you’re looking for someone to design and install the water, electricity or gas connections for your development.

We’re fully accredited across the full scope of multi-utility design and infrastructure installation and have strong relationships in place with network adopters to help our customers secure the best possible asset value.

And whether you’re working with us in our local region on a water or multi-utility contract or through our sister company BGS Utilities, in the north, we’re here to do a job well.
