Emily Berry is an experienced professional with a strong background in partnerships and business development. Currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at Utility Aid since June 2014, responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements, and fostering collaborative relationships. Previously, Emily held the position of Energy Specialist at Utility Aid, focusing on new business acquisition and customer retention across diverse sectors. Earlier roles include Account Manager at JP Digital, where social media engagement significantly increased, and various positions in customer service and event management at Yumm Cafe, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, and 02 Academy Birmingham, where skills in customer service, team coordination, and brand development were honed. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management and Media Communication from Birmingham Newman University.
