Mark Moreau

Mark Moreau has a strong background in control systems engineering and automation. Mark started their career at Control Systems Engineering (CSE), where they worked as a Control Panel and Instrumentation Technician, converting design materials into functioning control systems. Mark then moved into the engineering department and became a Control Systems Engineer, focusing on designing, programming, testing, and commissioning automation and electrical control systems. Mark gained expertise in areas such as Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Human Machine Interface (HMI).

After CSE, Mark joined Camp Dresser and McKee, where they held the role of Instrumentation and Control Engineer. Mark was responsible for developing engineering specifications, control system loop drawings, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for water and waste water treatment facilities. Mark also played a role in developing and commissioning SCADA systems.

In 2002, Mark joined ICPROE Corporation as the President. Mark specialized in automation, controls, and instrumentation design and built a team to execute various projects in the North Carolina area. ICPROE Corporation later transformed into a new mobile and cloud-based model known as Utility Cloud, where Mark continued to play a key role as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

Throughout their career, Mark has been involved in various leadership roles, including Engineering Leader at Camp Dresser and McKee and Founder - Board Director and Founder - Advisor at Utility Cloud. Mark has demonstrated a strong ability to drive innovation, streamline operational processes, and transform business models.
