Ed Riegelmann

Ed Riegelmann is a highly experienced professional in the geospatial and federal practice domains, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Federal Practice Area Leader at UDC since January 2023. Previously, Ed was the Vice President and Chief Geospatial Officer at Locana from March 2010 to October 2022, where leadership included business development and geospatial consulting for federal clients. Ed's extensive career also includes roles such as Vice President at Critigen, Vice President at CH2M HILL directing Enterprise Spatial Solutions, and Vice President at Geo InSight, Inc., where contributions included strategic GIS initiatives for military applications. Ed's early career saw involvement with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Intergraph, and the US Agency for International Development, each marked by significant GIS program development and implementation. Ed holds a Master of Science in Physical Geography from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the State University of New York at Oswego.
