Hamid Akhavan

Hamid Akhavan is the current CEO at UDC. Hamid has over 25 years of experience in management, including positions as Senior Project Manager, Vice President of Operations, and General Manager.

Akhavan began their career in 1983 as Production Manager at Butler Computer Graphics. In 1987, they became Project Manager at GeoTechnology International. Hamid held this position until 1988 when they took a job as Senior Project Manager at Intelligraphics International. Hamid worked at Intelligraphics until 1992 when they became the General Manager.

In 1997, Akhavan left Intelligraphics to become Vice President of Operations at ASI. Hamid remained in this position until 2005. During their time at ASI, they were responsible for the consolidation of work to ASI's remaining OPS offices and delivering several challenging and troubled accounts while the organization was struggling with dire market issues.

Akhavan has a wealth of experience in management and has demonstrated their ability to successfully lead organizations through difficult times. Hamid is currently using their skills to lead UDC as its CEO.
