Ron Yoshimura is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in utility GIS consolidation and project management. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at UDC since October 2022, Ron focuses on GIS consolidation projects and the development of an Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) practice. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at GridBright, where Ron contributed to the consolidation of GIS products for Eversource and assisted Consolidated Edison with significant software migrations. Ron has also held senior positions at Open Systems International, Inc. and GE Digital, leading initiatives related to GIS, asset management, and advanced analytics. With a robust background in project management and business services from previous roles at Futura Systems, POWER Engineers, and Schneider Electric, Ron holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado Denver and an AA in Liberal Arts from Colorado Mountain College.
