Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is an accomplished professional in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and utilities, currently serving as Sr. Consultant Lead at UDC since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Engineering Manager at Loveland Pulse from March 2020 to July 2023, and worked as a Utility Business Analyst for the City of Loveland from May 2018 to March 2020, focusing on the Pulse Fiber Utility. Ryan's extensive career also includes significant experience as a Senior GIS Specialist at ESC Engineering, Inc., where management of a team of GIS professionals took place, as well as roles as a GIS Analyst at Landmark Geographic Services and GIS Specialist at the Earth Data Analysis Center. Ryan holds an MS in Geography from The University of New Mexico and a BS in Geography and Environmental Science from The University of Alabama.
