TJ Houle

With over 20 years of utility experience (including 15 years at Arizona Public Service), TJ provides expertise in GIS for electric and gas organizations. From strategic proposals to detailed requirements, she has a wide range of capabilities to transform client needs into solutions. At UDC, TJ leads their research and development on Esri Utility Network projects and related tool development, as well as serves as the director of Professional Services.
