Tom Helmer

A Computer Science graduate of USC and Hughes Fellow, Tom Helmer has 35+ years in system integration and solution architecture experience and 25+ years designing and integrating Enterprise GIS solutions. Previous experience includes key Solution Architect at UGC Consulting that brought the Energy Delivery Resource Planning (EDRP) solution reference architecture to electric and gas utilities. His goal is to support their electric and gas utility clients to achieve and exceed their goals for operations and integrity management technologies and spatially enabled business intelligence.
