Paul Matthews

Paul brings 22 years of experience in ceramic engineering and commercializing products for market. An Entrepreneur at heart, he received his B.S. with honors from Clemson University and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. As a Technical leader of SBIR contracts with Department of Energy, NASA, U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Army, Paul has extensive experience in transitioning systems, large-scale manufacturing and deployment, and streamlining production efficiencies.
