Dave is Utility’s Sales Director – West Region, his career goal continues to be to put himself in a position to provide law enforcement with cutting-edge technology that addresses current issues and hurdles, improves upon officer safety, and enhances the relationship between law enforcement and the community.
Dave has over 20 years of experience leading sales teams and selling technology in the Public Safety space, including State, Local, and Federal Government Agencies. Dave holds a Certified Peace Officers License in the State of Texas and spent ten years with the Dallas Police Department working in Patrol, Narcotics, and Crimes Against Persons. He attended Dallas Community College and Stephen F. Austin University in East Texas.
