Mark Osborn

Mark Osborn has extensive experience in law enforcement and business management, currently serving as Business Manager at Utility, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Mark was Captain of Investigations for the City of Lawrence from February 2016 to April 2021, and a Detective focusing on Violent Crimes Investigations from January 2001 to February 2016 within the City of Lawrence Police Department. Mark also served as Assistant Team Commander for SWAT for 16 years, retiring in January 2016. Mark holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Indiana State University, completed from 1993 to 1995.
