Danny Fields

Fields is an entrepreneur and the current President and Chairman of Holland Supply Company and Utility Solutions Group. They have 18 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in resource-constrained environments, consulting senior decision makers on complex problems, and serving as a change agent in both small and large organizations. Fields previously completed the GE Oil & Gas Commercial Leadership Program (2014–2017) and served in the US Army as a Special Forces Officer and as a Logistics Officer (2008–2014). They are the Managing Partner of NextGen Succession Partners (2017–Present). Fields earned a BA in Economics and Business from the Virginia Military Institute (2001–2005), an MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business (2015–2017), and an MSTC from The University of Texas at Austin Red McCombs School of Business (2017–2018).
