Jason Mills

Jason Mills began their career in 1985 as the Owner of Livermore Telephone Company. In 1986, they took on the role of VP Network Operations at Pac-West Telecomm. In 1996, they became President and CEO of Utility Telephone.

Jason Mills attended San Joaquin Delta College from 1996 to 1996 where they earned a Certificate in Law Enforcement/Police Academy.
