Kat Sheffield

Kat Sheffield has over 24 years of experience in telecommunications, currently serving as an Order Specialist at Utility Telecom since August 2020. Prior to this, Kat held the position of Disconnect Specialist Project Coordinator at DSCI, a TelePacific company (now TPx Communications), from October 2008 to August 2020, where responsibilities included addressing customer queries and managing project processes related to disconnect and port issues. Kat also served as a Project Coordinator at Pac-West Telecomm from April 1999 to October 2008, coordinating internal departments and overseeing escalations while acting as a primary point of contact for customer and vendor communications.
