Dayle Rees

Dayle Rees is an experienced technology lead with a strong background in engineering and team management. Currently serving as Tech Lead at Utility Warehouse since December 2018, Dayle oversees a team dedicated to developing tools and services for partners and internal support staff, while also managing the growth of direct reports. Previous roles include Head of Engineering and Staff Engineer at Crowdcube Limited, and Head of Engineering at JustPark, where Dayle built efficient teams and introduced modern workflows. Dayle's early career includes roles as a Software Developer at Box UK and Web Applications Developer at the National Library of Wales, with foundational experience in desktop support at Aberystwyth University. Dayle holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Aberystwyth University.
