Neil Stone

Neil Stone is an experienced technical professional with a diverse background in IT and engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Loadbalancer.org since December 2017, Neil has developed expertise in high-performance load balancer solutions based on open source technology. As a Team Leader at Utility Warehouse, a position held since December 2009, Neil oversees operations providing essential utility services to over 500,000 customers in the UK. Previous roles include Lighting Engineer at CHALLENGER LIGHTING SERVICES LIMITED, Test Analyst at Smoothwall, and Systems Administrator at Path Intelligence, among others. Neil holds a BSc (Honours) in Computing and IT from The Open University and has a solid foundation in systems administration and support, particularly with GNU/Linux systems.
