Rie Pearson

Rie Pearson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in writing, network marketing, training, and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Writer at Be Kind. No Excuses since June 2021, Rie focuses on guiding teenage girls to recognize abusive behaviors in intimate relationships. As an Authorized Distributor and Team Leader at Utility Warehouse since September 2019 and a Network Marketing Professional at BayScents since January 2018, Rie has developed strong skills in team leadership and marketing strategies. Prior to these roles, Rie honed expertise in network marketing while self-employed from July 2015 to September 2019 and served as a domestic violence trainer from February 2005 to February 2016, leveraging extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system. Rie's career also includes 27 years as a police officer with Northumbria Police, where a wide range of policing experiences were gained.
