Ignacio Castro

Ignacio Castro has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ignacio started their career in 2012 as a UI Designer at Whitney International University System, where they also worked as a Front End engineer. From 2014 to present, Ignacio has worked for several projects and startups, taking on roles as a UX Designer and Full Stack developer. During this time, they managed web and mobile projects and had proficiency in CSS, LESS, SASS, HTML, HTML5, XML, XSLT, XPath, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and Node. Ignacio later joined Venzee as a Front End Architect in 2014, where they were responsible for leading and reviewing code, as well as designing and developing new features in Angular. Ignacio then worked at GSL Group as a Front End Developer, focusing on the development and maintenance of the Victoria Royals app using React Native. In 2020, they became a React Native Developer at Behave Health, and later a Senior React Native Developer at Equinox. Most recently, Ignacio worked at Hero Financials as a Full Stack Engineer and Mobile Engineer before joining Utility as a Senior React Native Engineer in 2023.

Ignacio Castro earned a Graphic Design degree from Universidad Empresarial "Siglo 21" during the period from 2008 to 2012. The field of study throughout their education was focused on Graphic Design.
