Matthew Lepore

Matthew Lepore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew currently holds the role of Sr. Product Manager at Utility, an award-winning agency specializing in the development of custom mobile applications and connected experiences. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager, Delivery at VShift, where they led multiple projects simultaneously and maintained client relationships. Matthew also served as a Senior Project Manager at Publicis Sapient, leading cross-functional teams to create unified experiences across various digital platforms. In their role as a Senior Project Manager at AKQA, they were responsible for overseeing all work streams for the agency's largest account. Matthew also has experience as an Associate Director of Product Management at Rokkan, where they orchestrated roadmap planning and enforced processes. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Technical Project Manager at The Barbarian Group, Digital Producer at Ralph, and Production Coordinator at Hussar Films. Matthew's expertise includes project management, client communication, and coordinating teams across various disciplines.

Matthew Lepore attended UC Santa Barbara from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies. Prior to that, they participated in the Honors English Tutorial Program at Ohio University from 1997 to 1999.
