Avi Primo is a telecommunication expert with extensive experience in mass alert systems and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Mass Alert at Utimaco since November 2022, Avi previously held multiple leadership roles at Celltick from 2006 to December 2022, including Head of Mass Alert BU, Director of Product Management, and Director of Mobile Technologies. Early career experience includes positions as Data and Telephony Section Manager at Cellcom from 1999 to 2000 and Head of Transport Section at the IAF from 1995 to 1999. Avi holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University (1994-1997) and a BSC in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University (1984-1988), complemented by education at Handesaim (1981-1984).
