Niclas Kliner

Niclas Kliner is currently the Head of Corporate Development at Utimaco, where they lead strategy and M&A efforts. With over 12 years of experience in strategy and finance, Niclas has previously served as Vice President in Investment Banking at Bank of America, overseeing over 50 transactions valued at more than $60 billion. They have also held roles at Samsung Mobile, where Niclas was involved in product strategy and strategic alliances, and began their career in HR consulting at Samsung Electronics. Niclas holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MSc from The London School of Economics, and a BSc from the University of Bristol.
